Saudi Downtown Company - Downtown Mixed-Use Development
Saudi Downtown Co (SDC) is planning to undertake a mixed-use development project in 12 cities throughout Saudi Arabia. The 12 cities include: Al-Madinah, Al-Khobar, Al-Ahsa, Buraidah, Najran, Jizan, Hail, Al-Baha, Arar, Taif, Dumat Al-Jandal, and Tabuk over 10 million sqm of land area.The project is the part of Kingdom's vision to provide a platform to enhance lifestyles and culture and heritage of 12 cities across the kingdom and to deliver unique and diverse opportunities in commercial, recreational and real estate areas.
This project is one of the initiatives included in the Saudi Giga Projects plan.
The US$6000 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of mixed development
2. Construction of business hubs
3. Construction of housing units
4. Infrastructure works
5. Construction of parking facilities
6. Construction of related facilities
