ROSHN - National Guard Stadium
ROSHN, owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) is planning to undertake the construction of an iconic stadium spanning over a site approximately 800,000m2 located adjacent to the National Guard facilities in the southwest of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The stadium is one of the key venues for the FIFA World Cup 2034.
The US$315 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of a stadium (46,000 seats covering an area of over 450,000 square metres)
-Net capacity (40,000 Seats)
-Hospitality seats (4,670 nos.)
-Sky box seats (1,100 nos.)
-Media tribune seats (1,280 nos.)
-VVIP seats (100 nos.)
-VIP seats (800 nos.)
-Access seats (427 nos.)
2. Construction of 4 4 training football courts
3. Construction of administrative offices
4. Construction of parking facility
5. Construction of a training academy including offices
6. Construction of 2 hotels and other mixed-use requirement (F&B plus Retail)
7. Infrastructure works
8. Construction of associated facilities.

Al Yamama, and the following JVs amongst others have been invited to bid *Almabani, Tekfen Construction and China Harbour Engineering Company *FCC and Nesma & Partners *Al Bawani and Besix *China Railway Construction Corporation and Sapac *Elseif and Midmac Foster & partners are working as the client designers on the project.
