MoD, Saudi Arabia - P-563 Programme: Ministry of Defense Headquarters Building
Ministry of Defense and Aviation, Saudi Arabia is planning to undertake the construction of a Ministry of Defence headquarters building in New Military City located to the northwest of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project is a part of P-563 programme which includes the development of facilities and infrastructure to support the overall Ministry Of Defence initiatives developed as part of the kingdom's Vision 2030 strategy.
The US$9400 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of headquarter buildings
2. Construction of support and logistics facilities
3. Construction of residential and community
4. Construction of commercial community
5. Infrastructure works
6. Construction of a car park
7. Associated facilities

Market sources indicate, three consortiums have submitted the technical bids on the project - the JV of Al Bawani and Orascom, JV of El Seif and Archirodon and MBL amongst others. The commercial bid submission is at the end of September 2025.

The main contract tender has been issued and the technical bid submission deadline is June 11, 2025. Al Bawani, Archirodon, Arabian Construction Company amongst others are invited to bid.
