Description and Scope

Neom energy and water subsidiary, Enowa is undertaking the construction of the Renewable Energy Programme Solar and Wind Power Plant 55,000MW in Tabuk Province, Saudi Arabia.

This project is a part of the Neom's renewable energy independent power producer (IPP) project.

The US$55,000 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a solar and wind power plant 3,000MW

2. Construction of a substation

3. Construction of solar panel bases

4. Installation of solar panels

5. Installation of transformers

6. Installation of control systems

7. Installation of a solar tracking system

8. Installation of solar panels

9. Installation of a generator

10. Laying of transmission line

Renewable Energy Programme Phase 1: Solar Power Plant 3,000MW:The advisory works are progressing on the project and the main contract tender is expected to be issued by the end of the year 2024.
