Expo 2030 Riyadh Co - Riyadh Expo 2030: CP-09 Main Utilities and Civil Works - Lot 1 (Main Utilities Corridor)
Expo 2030 Riyadh Company (ERC), owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is planning to develop the main utilities and civil works, required for the initial construction works at the project site located close to King Salman International Airport and King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) and will be connected to Riyadhâs metro network, Saudi Arabia.
The US$267 million project includes the following:
1. Civil and utilities works
2. Construction of the public realm
3. Enabling works
4. Surface mobility
5. Site preparation works
6. Civil works
7. Utility networks
8. Construction of associated facilities
