QIC - The Qiddiya Project: Resort Core: Speed Park: Mercedes AMG World Center
Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is planning to undertake the construction of the â Mercedes AMG World âcenter in Qiddiya City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Mercedes AMG World Center offers more than 20 attractions and entertainment experiences, the center is located next to the speed park, one of the most prominent destinations in Qiddiya City.
Plot area: 45000 sqm
The US$100 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of a building (G+9F)
2. Construction of office area
3. Construction of administrative and commercial premises
4. Ground improvement works
5. Construction of a parking area
6. Installation of elevators
7. Installation of safety & security units
8. Associated facilities
