Lenovo Group & Alat, a subsidiary of (PIF) is planning to undertake the constriction of Oasis Project in Special Integrated Logistic Zone, King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The project is coming up in 2 phases. The total land area of the project covers 198665.32 square meters and the boundary of the project is 536 meters in length and 255 meters and 440 meters in width.

The project has a total floor area of approximately 140,242 square meters

The factory will have the capacity to manufacture millions of PCs and servers annually, leveraging local research and development teams to produce fully end-to-end "Saudi Made" products."

The US$2000 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a computer & servers manufacturing facility

2. Construction of a storage area

3. Construction of a warehouses

4. Construction of a main office building

5. Construction of a complex building

6. Construction of a function building

7. Construction of a diesel generator building

8. Construction of research & development center

9. Construction of other associated facilities

10. Installation of safety & security systems
