Riva Development - MedTech City in Riyadh
Riva Development is planning to undertake the construction of a MedTech City on an area of 500,000 sqm with a built-up area of 175,000 sqm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The US$5000 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of 5 specialized hospitals
a. Cardiovascular Centre Hospital - 200 Beds
b. Hematology Hospital -150 Beds
c. Orthopedic Hospital - 150 Beds
d. Rehab and Wellness Centre - 100 Beds
2. Construction of Command Centre to control the hospital with Artificial Intelligence (Japanese Technology)
3. Construction of Satellite Clinics to contain: ENT clinics, Ophthalmic clinics
4. Construction of 5-star Hotel with200 keys
5. Construction of Beauty center
6. Construction of Shopping center
7. Construction of Fitness Centre
7. Construction of Staff accommodation
7. Construction of Mosque
