Red Sea Global is planning to undertake the development of a project named Hotel Central No. 3 on a built-up area of 18,472 sqm as part of Shura Island (currently called as Shura/ Shaura) in the Red Sea Tourism Project in Tabuk region, Saudi Arabia.

The project was earlier planned by The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC), and in October 2022, Red Sea was merged with Amaala to form a new company named Red Sea Global to implement the project.

The US$50 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a 150-room hotel

2. Construction of 12 suites

3. Construction of 15 villas

4. Construction of spa

5. Construction of a fitness center

6. Construction of an altitude pool

7. Construction of a ballroom

8. Construction of access roads

9. Construction of associated facilities
