SPPC - Renewable Energy Program: Round V 4050MW
Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) is planning to undertake the construction of four solar power plants with a combined capacity of 4050 MW under the fifth round of the renewable energy program in Saudi Arabia.
The US$4,700 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of 4 independent power plants
a. 2000MW Al Sadawi Solar IPP
b. 1250 MW Al Masaa Solar IPP
c. 500 MW Al-Hinakiyah 2 solar IPP
d. 300MW Rabigh 2 Solar IPP
2. Installation of solar panels
3. Installation of transformers
4. Laying of transmission lines
5. Construction of associated facilities
