Saudi Aramco - Dammam Football Stadium: Main Package
Saudi Aramco is planning to undertake the Dammam Stadium and surrounding masterplan over an area of 800,000 square meters with 45,000 seats in Dammam City, Saudi Arabia.
The new stadium will be built in the Dammam Sports City area, where the facilities of the Ettifaq FC and Al-Nahda Club teams are located and will host international tournaments such as 2027 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup and the 2034 Fifa World Cup.
The US$1000 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of a 45,000-seating football stadium
2. Construction of six surrounding buildings covering 548 sqm
3. Construction of offices and support facilities
4. Construction of gathering areas
5. Construction of hotels
6. Construction of lodges and skyboxes
7. Construction of training grounds
8. Construction of parking facilities
9. Construction of temporary construction facilities
10. Construction of associated facilities

The main contract tender has been issued with bid submission due on December 10, 2023. The following companies have been pre-qualified: Joint Venture of Limak and El Seif Engineering and Contracting, Joint Venture of WeBuild and Nesma and Partners, and Joint Venture of BESIX and Al Bawani.
