KSPF - King Salman International Park: Royal Art Complex
King Salman Park Foundation (KSPF) is undertaking the construction of a 300,000m2 art complex comprising 16 buildings named Royal Art Complex at King Salman Park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The complexâs national and outdoor theatres are expected to have a seating capacity of 2,500 and 8,000, respectively.
The US$1,500 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of five museums
2. Construction of four art academies
3. Construction of three cinema halls
4. Construction of a library
5. Construction of a pavilion
6. Construction of auditoriums (600-seat capacity)
7. Construction of studios
8. Construction of medium theater with a 650-seating capacity
9. Construction of associated facilities

The main contract has been awarded to Modern Building Leaders Co LLC and the final contract has been signed for around US$1333 million.
