King Salman Park Foundation (KSPF) is undertaking the construction of a 1.2 km art complex comprising an area of 300,000m2 named Royal Art Complex at King Salman Park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The complex’s national and outdoor theatres are expected to have a seating capacity of 2,500 and 8,000, respectively.

The US$1520 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of museums on 300,000 sqm GFA

2. Construction of 2,500 Car parking spaces

1. Construction of cinema halls

2. Construction of a National Theater with 2,500 seating capacity, total height 24m, total area 8000 m2

- Auditorium 1000 m2
