Kuwait Ports Authority (KPA) is undertaking the development of an administration complex in Shuaiba Port in Kuwait.

The US$50 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of conference rooms
2. Construction of office space
3. Construction of parking facilities
4. Construction of a cafeteria
5. Installation of safety and security systems
