Description and Scope

Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al Kharafi & Sons (MAK Group) is planning to construct a hotel named Movenpick Port Ghalib in the Red Sea’s western shore, Egypt.

The US$120 million project included the following:

1. Construction of 350 rooms and suites

2. Construction of 1,000m2 of meeting and event space

3. Construction of seven F&B venues

4. Construction of two restaurants

5. Construction of an all-day dining outlet

6. Construction of a pool bar

7. Construction of a spa

8. Construction of a fitness center

9. Construction of several shops and pools

10. Construction of associated facilities
