ADNOC Offshore - UZ1000 Expansion: Development of Surface Facilities
ADNOC Offshore plans to develop surface facilities for UZ1000 expansion at Upper Zakum Full Field Development, the UAE.
This project is also known as UZ1.2MMBD
The package covers the development of surface facilities, specifically on four main drilling islands: Al-Ghallan (Central Island), Umm al-Anbar (West Island), Ettouk (North Island) and Asseifiya (South Island).
The US$1032 million project includes the following:
A. The EPC work on Al-Ghallan island includes the following:
1. Construction of production, water injection and produced water disposal wells
2. Laying of pre-assembled pipe racks and manifold
3. Construction of gas lift compressor and glycol dehydration unit
4. Construction of water injection plant
5. Construction of produced water treatment package
6. Installation of gas turbine generators
7. Installation of water-winning pump
8. Construction of coarse filtration package
9. Construction of air compressor and dryer package
10. Construction of chemical injection packages
11. Construction of module technical Rooms
12. Construction of electrical substation
13. Construction of local equipment room
B. EPC work on Umm al-Anbar island includes the following:
1. Construction of booster gas compression package
2. Construction of low pressure gas cooler
3. Construction of crude oil transfer pumps
4. Installation of water-winning pump
5. Construction of coarse filtration package
6. Installation of instrument air compressor and dryer package and receiver
7. Installation of nitrogen generation package and receiver
8. Installation of low pressure flare gas recovery compressor package
9. Construction of electrical substation
10. Construction of module technical Rooms
C. EPC work on Ettouk island includes the following:
1. Construction of produced water treatment package
2. Construction of new produced water disposal header and disposal wells
3. Construction of produced water disposal pumps
D. EPC work on Asseifiya island includes the following:
1. Construction of produced water treatment and re-injection train
2. Construction of produced water booster/disposal and re-injection pumps
3. Construction of electrical substation
