Diriyah Company - Diriyah Gate Investment Program in Riyadh
Diriyah Company is developing a new culture and lifestyle tourism destination megaproject known as the "Diriyah Gate Investment Program" on 7.1 million sqm located 20 minutes northwest of Riyadhâs city center, Saudi Arabia.
This project is one of the initiatives included in the Saudi Giga Projects plan.
The US$63,910 million project includes the following components under Phase 1

19. Construction of 20,000 housing units (2500 in DG1, 5000 in DG2, 12,500 in DG3)
