Emaar/DP World - Rashid Yachts & Marina
Emaar Properties, in a joint venture with P&O Marinas, a division of Dubai ports operator DP World is undertaking the redevelopment of Rashid Yachts & Marina in Dubai, the UAE.
The project was earlier known as Mina Rashid Development.
The US$6,800 million project includes the following:

6. Construction of 430 wet berths
7. Construction of vibrant promenades and a Venetian piazza with retail and food and beverage outlets
8. Construction of QE2 ocean liner
9. Construction of signature hotels
10. Construction of a private beach club
11. Construction of interconnected parks
12. Construction of a 500m long palm tree-fringed canal
13. Construction of a theater
14. Construction of a pedestrian bridge connecting the House of Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum
