Most of the projects in dubailand are on hold; while a project callled as Remraam's construction works is in its final stages with few project such as Eden Garden , Wadi Walk, Palmarosa, Madison Residency, Platinum I & II Ajmal Sarah Tower and Lincoln Park construction works are ongoing. The client has plans to revive the Al Sahra desert resort project by 2013.

Designed to catalyse the position of Dubai as an international hub of family tourism, the development will cover an area of about three billion square feet (sq ft) which will include 45 mega projects and 200 sub projects. Dubailand is the divided into six zones also called world which are as follows: *Attractions and Experience World *Sports and Outdoor World *Eco-Tourism World *Themed Leisure and Vacation World *Retail and Entertainment World *Downtown Dubailand will be twice the size of Walt Disney World Resort, and will be the largest collection of theme parks in the world. On completion Dubailand will have a population of 2.5 million people, including tourists, workers and residents. It will expect about 40000 visitors a day.
