Shomoul Holding - The Avenues Khobar
Shomoul Holding (SH) is planning to undertake the construction of the Mall & Hotel project on a plot area of 197,600 sqm and built up area of 696,000 sqm in Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
The project is located at the northwestern corner of the intersection of King Saud road with Prince Sultan road, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
The US$1865 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of mixed-use development with 50,000m2 of floor area
2. Construction of shopping mall
3. Construction of a Four Seasons Hotel 244-key
4. Construction of a Canopy Hilton hotel
4. Construction of exhibition halls
5. Construction of entertainment areas
6. Construction of car park (770,000 sqm)
7. Development of internal garden and basements
8. Construction of residential apartments
9. Construction of ballrooms
10. Construction of shell and core office space
11. Construction of associated facilities
