ROSHN - Community Homes in Eastern Province
ROSHN, owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) is planning to undertake the construction of Community Homes in Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia.
The project will be executed in Phases.
This project is one of the initiatives included in the Saudi Giga Projects plan.
The US$6000 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of residential units
2. Infrastructure works
3. Construction of commercial spaces
3. Construction of roads
4. Construction of parking areas
5. Construction of parks
6. Construction of associated facilities

The main contract tender has been issued on the Community Homes: Eastern Province: Hofuf Phase 1 and Qatif and the bid submission date is on August 8, 2022. Shapoorji Pallonji amongst others are likely to submit the bids, also market sources indicate that RTCC is also likely to participate.
