Saudi Aramco - COUR: Jafurah: Gas Compression Plant (Package 1)
Saudi Aramco is planning to undertake the construction of the gas compression plant as a part of the Commercialisation of Unconventional Resources Jafurah Gas Plant in Saudi Arabia.
The US$1,000 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of three gas compression plants with the production capacity of 600mmscfd (raw gas) and 150mbd (condensate gas)
a. Installation of depressurizing vessel
b. Installation of HP/LP separator
c. Installation of gas compressor knockout drums
d. Installation of flare system
c. Installation of condensate transfer pumps
2. Construction of associated utilities and infrastructure
a. Construction of fire water system
3. Construction of three 230kV gas insulated substations (GIS)
a. Installation of 13.8kV switch gas
4. Construction of 2 operation support buildings at North & South Jafurah field
5. Installation of RO systems
a. Installation of water lines
b. Installation of water pumps and other utilities
6. Installation of electrical systems
7. Installation of instrumentation and process automated system
8. Construction of water injection facility with the handling capacity of 100mbd
9. Construction of associated facilities
