QatarEnergy LNG - NFED: Pipelines and Topsides Facilities
Qatargas is undertaking the construction of offshore pipelines and topside facilities as part of the North Field Expansion (NFE) project in Qatar.
The US$1,250 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of eight unmanned wellhead platforms (WH-14,15,16,17,18,19,20&21)
2. Laying of four 38-inch trunklines
3. Laying of four 28-inch intra-field lines
4. Installation of interfaces and tie-ins with EPC-1&3
5. Installation of power and fiber optic (PFO) subsea cable rings
6. Installation of 500 km of pipelines and 225 km of 33kV subsea cables
7. Construction of associated facilities
