ADNOC is undertaking the construction of a gas processing plant named Package-B in Dalma field, Abu Dhabi, the UAE.

The capacity for the overall development is expected to be 350 million cubic feet per day.

The current profile named as Package A covers the Gas processing facilities at Arzanah island.

The US$1,188 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of inlet facilities with a gas processing unit

2. Construction of gas compression units

3. Construction of gas storage tanks

4. Construction of utilities and associated infrastructure

5. Construction of gas dehydration unit

6. Installation of a supplementary propane refrigeration unit

7. Installation of power generation units

8. Installation of associated facilities

KBR & SNC Lavalin amongst others have submitted the commercial bids for PMC contract. SNC Lavalin is the lowest bidder on the project; however the PMC contract is likely to be awarded to KBR. Market sources indicate that the following companies have submitted the technical bids for PMC contract on March 16, 2017 : *WorleyParsons *Technip *Amec Foster Wheeler *SNC Lavalin *Penspen *KBR Mott MacDonald was also believed to be interested but is thought that they have declined to participate. PMC contractor will be responsible for consultancy services related to the pre-award stage and execution of the Dalma FEED contract. Also, they will also assist the operator in carrying out the tendering of EPC contract. Oxy will carry out FEED tender on the project.
