Hyundai E&C and the consortium of Hyundai E&C and Hyundai Engineering has been appointed as the main contractor for the package 6 & 12 respectively. Tecnicas Reunidas has been appointed as the main contractor for 9 & 11. Saipem has been appointed as the main contractor for package 10. Al Rashid Trading & Contracting has been appointed as the main contractor for package 13.

The contractors that submitted bids are: A JV of Saipem (Italy) / Hyundai Heavy Industries (South Korea); McDermott (US); A JV of Larsen & Toubro Hydrocarbon Engineering (India) / Subsea7 (UK); Sapura (Malaysia); A JV of China Offshore Oil Engineering Company (COOEC – China); National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC – UAE). McDermott has submitted the lowest bid and a joint venture of L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Ltd and Subsea 7 SA has submitted the second lowest price for Package II.
