UAQ Properties is undertaking the construction of the Sinniyah Island Development Project in Umm Al Quwain, the UAE.
Plot area: 300 ha
The US$6,800 million project includes the following:
1. Construction of 300 luxurious waterfront villas and mansions
2. Construction of 250 townhouses
3. Construction of 570 apartment units
4. Construction of 14 residential buildings
5. Construction of two hotels
6. Construction of 80 villas with private berths
7. Construction of an infrastructure works within 2.5 km
8. Construction of 18 km trails
9. Construction of wellness destination
10. Construction of recreational amenities
11. Construction of associated facilities
12. Installation of safety and security systems
