(Tender No: 17700)

The scope of work is briefly categorized into the following areas:

1. ASAB Pilot Area & Wellhead Tie-In

2. RDS-5

3. Pipeline & Crossing

4. OHL

The scope of construction includes Earth Works, Civil works, Structural steel works, Mechanical works, Piping works, E&I Works and Telecom works for the project facilities including modification of existing facilities.

The US$50 million project includes the following:

A. ASAB Pilot Area & Wellhead Tie-In includes the following:

1. Installation of a new polymer injection skid

2. Installation of a new power supply skid (PSS) shall be provided to feed the loads located within the ASAB SIWAP EOR Pilot Facilities area. The PSS shall be fed through OHL. Proposed Tee-off line, single circuit type, from exiting OHL LINE #5 & 6 (TRUNK LINE circuit 6) to supply new polymer injector water supply well

3. Construction of new water supply wells (WSW) with ESP / power supply Skid (The ESP and the Power supply skid are Free issued Material From ADNOC Onshore)

4. Construction of a new disposal well

5. Construction of a new Polymer injection well

6. Converting Observer well to new pilot oil producer (SIWAP-01). SIWAP-01 will be routed to existing M-102 in RDS-5 via a 900# flow line. To connect SWIAP-01 to RDS-5 one slot on RDS-5 shall be made available by sharing of existing SB-328 and SB-159

7. Installation of chemical Packages (Scale/Corrosion inhibitor package)

8. Installation of wellhead control panel(s) with PLC system for SIWAP 01

B. RDS-5 area includes the following:

1. Connecting SIWAP-01 tie-in to RDS-5

2. Connecting SB-863 will be tied-in to RDS-5. SB-863 oil pipeline is routed to nearest RDS-5 M-0101 (600#). To connect SB-863 to RDS-5 one slot on RDS-5 shall be made available. The slot availability shall be made by Sharing of existing Sb-153 with Sb-323

4. Providing dedicated sample connections at the oil and water outlet in order to monitor the polymer breakthrough in the existing test separator in RDS-5

5. Existing 415V MCC Panel (14-15-MCC-4402) spare feeders shall be modified/upgraded/retrofitted to provide 415V power supply to the new loads required for ASAB SIWAP EOR Pilot facilities

6. Installation of new PLC systems shall be provided at strategic area and interfaced with the existing systems. The monitoring and control of new facilities shall be carried out from the existing control room at ASAB CDS / RDS-5 by existing workstations

C. Pipeline & Crossing includes the following:

1. Laying of 6-inch above-ground oil flow lines 900# from SWIAP-01 to RDS-5

2. Laying of 6-inch above-ground oil flow lines 600# from SB-863 to RDS-5 (SB-863 WH tie-in including Gas lift by others)

3. Laying of 6-inch above-ground water supply and disposal Pipeline

4. Laying of 6-inch above-ground water injection Pipeline

5. Laying of 6-inch above-ground SB-48 Water supply (a back-up water supply line from SB-048 to the pilot wellhead area)

6. Laying of 3-inch underground gas lift pipeline from existing Gas lift network to SWIAP-01

7. Laying of 3-inch underground gas lift pipeline from existing Gas lift network to SB-155

D. OHL includes the following:

1. Laying of OHL which includes but not limited to Tee-off line, single circuit type, from exiting OHL LINE #5 & 6 (TRUNK LINE circuit 6) to supply new polymer injector water supply well and associated equipment

2. Construction of associated facilities
