NHC - Dahiyat Al-Fursan New City Development
National Housing Company (NHC) is undertaking the construction of Dahiyat Alfursan in an area approximately 12 kilometres from King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The US$20407 million project includes the following:

3. Construction of Dunes Museum
4. Construction of City Centre
5. Construction of Riyadh Megamall
6. Construction of the Grand Mosque

The negotiation and discussions are ongoing with Hanwha Engineering & Construction (E&C) and Daewoo E&C, and the local Saudi Pan Kingdom for Trading, Industry & Contracting (Sapac) to implement the project and the final decision will be taken by January 2019. The project will take 15 years to complete and will be divided in 5 phases, each phase is expected to take 3 years to complete.
